Service Description
Individual Coaching provides a personalized approach to helping you clarify your goals and bring purpose to your actions. We determine where you are, where you want to be, and how you can get there using realistic, well-defined steps, and planning ahead for any obstacles or adjustments that need to be made. Multiple session coaching Packages are available for lower cost options and more time to work on goals, track progress, and benefit from accountability.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms, Refunds, & Cancellations Prior to beginning the coaching relationship, both parties agree to the fee stated in the coaching contract to be paid in agreed upon payments using the desired form of payment (credit or debit card) using the online payment system. The mutual agreement also includes includes the number and frequency of sessions, and the initial duration of the commitment (number of sessions and number of months). A refund for unused individual sessions in a package must be made in writing and requested a minimum of 14 days prior to the next scheduled session. Client agrees to pay for upcoming sessions prior to their completion, based on monthly payment schedule or in full based on the specific terms of their coaching agreement. Individual sessions are 45 minutes and group sessions are usually 75 minutes. Sessions are automatically invoiced and are to be paid in monthly or other agreed upon intervals of payments in advance of each session. Client will notify coach preferably via text but also via email or voice message at least 24 hours in advance of cancellations for scheduled individual sessions or for the first session of group coaching. Client understands that the coach reserves the right to bill for missed appointments. Group coaching sessions are paid in full or in 2 or 4 payments, with the first payment due in advance of the first session and remaining payments due monthly after that. Late payments not settled before the next session may require rescheduling the session and will incur a late fee of $25. Amount of late fees may increase for each occurrence. Recurring late payments may result in the loss of one or more sessions left in the package. Client will be refunded any outstanding prepaid fees, minus late fees, for a prepaid package if those sessions have not yet been held, and if client’s account is in good standing and no payments are in arrears. Client agrees not to dispute paid charges after sessions have been completed. Within 4 – 5 days of the signing of an agreement or before the first scheduled session (whichever comes first), client can request a full refund (minus 5% fee) for any sessions that have not yet been completed or attempted.
